Today, a beautiful Hopeful, @Astargoth, had a set go live. The title is "Beautiful scars", shot by the great SG, @Saria. I asked her about the scar, & she told me. Suffice it to say, she showed monumental courage, at the tender age of six. - The scar is not unsightly - just a pale, thin line, across the sculpted, alabaster splendor, of her upper abdomen. If anything, it only draws attention to, how perfect, everything else, about her is!
She got me thinking, about scars. A few, are visible. But, most of us carry scars, people can't see. I have several friends, here - both male & female, dealing, with grief, divorce, unemployment, sickness, depression, & a myriad of scars, human flesh is heir to. Let us bear our scars with pride!!!!!!!!!! For they are proof positive, WE'RE STILL HERE!!!!!!!!!!
