ATTENTION ALL NEW MODELS/PEOPLE WHO WANT TO DO A PHOTOSHOOT WITH jacenK

Due to a overwelming response to my current and past works I've posted a model app form to get a better idea of who would like to work with me for future shoots. Mainly so i can keep your information in a file and be able to sort through it and schedule shoots better. please understand that i CANNOT do EVERYONE who requests shoots from me due to time, interest, location, expanding my portfolio- but i will try to do as many as i can before i'm unable to do TFP (due to money or due to contracts that i hope to get in the future that will take all free time from me). I've been currently doing about 1-2 shoots a month and could develop a more complex schedule if i needed and if it would be worth me trying to do. I have a makeup artist/hairdresser (marieF) for my shoots IF its on a day/time that were both free (mainly sat nights, all day sunday, and monday nights work best)
