So, I have tickets to this tribute comcert to the Dorsey Bros. by the New York Pops, right? The other day I open the paper and...the legendary conductor, the guy that founded the NY Pops, died. He fucking dropped dead o f natural causes(He was 87.) SO, now what? Well, as they say, the show must go on. And it will. But some of the appeal has been lost. I mean, he lived it, ya know. Oh well. I hope the replacement is competent.
