"Over the line!!!"
Just one more day until halloween and the start of a well-needed vacation for me.
Things have been good at home, though right now the apartment seems to have no heat
Other than that, no complaints.
HathOriginal is enjoying her new job, and we're adjusting our schedules to see each other as often as possible.
So, while we may not be going into Salem on Halloween, we did have our annual party on Saturday. It was a blast, and although my costume was not the most elaborate I've put together, it may be my favorite in a while.

Here are some of the other costumes for the night, some of which required quite a bit of effort.
This is my brother Josh. He was going for ridiculous...and he nailed it.
Our hosts, Ryan and Alisha. They were kind enough to host our party for us this year, and they were cool with our shenanigans throughout the night (Alisha is a doctor, and the way our parties go, some medical staff on hand is always nice
)
For real Comic geeks, our friend Jim showed as Rorschach.
My best friend Dave spent an entire day putting together his costume, the paint was still wet when he showed up.
More for the comic fans: My friends Adam and Steve as madman and Spidey. Steve makes public appearances as Spidey in stores. He's a blast to go see because he plays the character well (he's yet to be stumped by a kid with a spidey question, he knows his shit), he's also the only one of us who can get away with wearing spandex. Check my Halloween folder for his badass Stormshadow costume from a few years ago.
And finally, the lovely HathOriginal in her gothic maidens dress (ain't she adorable )
