Nothing much new on the homefront. I've been workng every night, and I'm not sure when my last day off was. Weird how that works.
HathOriginal and I purchased our plane tickets for our vacation next month. We'll be spending a week in Omaha and various parts of South Dakota so I can finally meet the majority of her family for the first time. I'm sure they must have a few questions about what I'm like since I talked her into moving in with me almost a year ago. Wish me luck on the good first impression.
It's going to be a rough trip for me. I don't travel well, my social/general anxiety disorder kicks into overdrive when I am out of my element, so while I may enjoy myself quite a lot, it won't be very relaxing to me.

This friday I'll be cooking most of the day for my brother Skinneephat's birthday. He's a good guy, you should wish him a good one. I'll be making my father's chilli recipe, and some deviled eggs for dinner (what gas?). My cousin and roommate Keith may also cook a roast to go along with it. Yay food.
