So it has been decided that very soon me, Skinneephat and a few close friends will get together for a planning summit. There, over food most likely cooked by me, we will plan out Halloween for this year. Theme, location, budget required and all that. It seems that a simple apartment cannot contain what we do every year, so it has come to this.
