Condolences, hon. 2008 really isn't beginning so great. I think it's left overs from 2007 coming to smack us in the ass and remind of us our place.
Mental venting helps sometimes, others not really. I guess it really depends. I teared up a little looking at photos and a video but then writing that out made me feel better and I was able to fall asleep right after I posted it. Go figure.
I'm not really sure how my family handles the grieving process since I've never been around anyone in my family when someone has passed away. I tend to stay clear of funerals if at all possible. I'm too empathic, I can't handle so many different emotions in one room.

According to IMDB.com, it looks like the actor who is "in talks" to star in The Road is currently Guy Pearce. I feel like Viggo Mortensen would be a better choice, myself, but Pearce could also do a great job.
