My homestead is finally feeling like a place where I can relax. I swear this is the last time I move around in Colorado unless I buy a house or move out of state. Even though I am a native I feel like a gypsy.
Speaking of gypsies I saw Devotchka in Boulder on Friday and they were a nice treat. I absolutely love their unique brand of music. If I could play the tuba, I would have to copy Devotchka and put lights all over it.
Earlier this week I also had the pleasure of seeing Team Sleep at the Bluebird. We even ran into Chino at Mezcal!
For those that have never heard of Team Sleep it's another band with Chino the lead singer from the Deftones. The music is more melodic and darker than the usual angst of the Deftone.
Well my toe nails are dry so it's time to jet.

i've been meaning to see devotchka for awhile...i've heard them on 1190 and haven't gotten around to checking them out.
