Will I ever learn to be friendly?

. . . . . In the end, life will chew you up and spit you out. No way around that. You don't get to keep an ounce. But how it consumes you is a matter of personal preference -- either you choose what consumes you and you have a great time expending yourself on it, or it chooses you and you have a hellish life fighting a losing battle.
