There has been a tradition in Brooklyn for the last 70+ years that originated in Coney Island. What I am refering to is the art of the WINE BATH. I didn't know alot about this until I was the piano man for the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus. I toured with the circus and we had SCOTTY THE BLUE BUNNY - who toward the end of each show would stand in a large wash bucket, and pour wine over himself as he stripped out of his 'bunny' costume... anyway, I always dreamed that someday I would produce a show and present a new take on the Wine Bath. Tonight my goal became a reality - at our Ixion rehearsal, one of the dancers, SPRINGCENTRIC, did the most arousing and sensual wine bath I had ever seen. It was totally mind-blowing - and done to the song "Cry Me A River". It was friggin amazing... on the words "I cried a river over you"... the wine is gushing from the magnum and sweetly rolling down her almost-naked bod... I wish everyone could have seen it.
Is the wine bath a messy deal?
Yes, I'm still mopping up and my loft smells like wine.
Did it turn everyone on?
Yes, arousal amongst the cast (dudes and gals) was undeniable.
Was it worth it?
now you will answer that when I upload some of the photos from the show next week....
SPRINGCENTRIC will debut her act at the Tank Theatre on 42nd Street - on Friday night!
