Triss resonates with me a lot. After playing the games and especially while reading the books. The always bubbly and cheerful witch has a lot going on beneath the surface. She had all sorts of negative experience with men and when she found the one that makes her happy, can you blame her for doing everything she can to keep him? There's a lot of pain behind the smile, and while she's not as powerful as Yen, she's the one with love and compassion for everyone.
