Circuit bending demos last night!!
My favorite projects: Blue Man Group keyboard with optical trigger pipes, I didn't even know they made those, and a Rudolph reindeer with Barbie legs!
First to make some jewelry and then I think I'm going to watch Where the Wild Things Are, I've been looking forward to it for a while. And maybe play a little Left 4 Dead 2, zombie huntin' always puts me in a good mood!

Maybe I will watch that movie too!! Good idea!!
Circuit bending is when you get right down into the circuitry of a toy or musical instrument that has a sound component. The best ones are from the '80's, like the "Speak and Spell" and toys like Furbies.
Essentially it is just messing about with the wiring and such so that you can create all kinds of bizarre noises and things. Really, really fun!
The picture is of the Blue Man Group keyboard opened up and being worked on.
Enjoy your evening!
