So I just tried painting my finger nails black. It's not like I've never done it before but for some reason it went awry this time. I'm right handed so I can paint my left hand fine, and sometimes I just go ahead and stop there, I don't even bother with my right hand. Today however I decided to go for both hands and I couldn't get either of them right. I sat there for awhile with nail polish remover and a q-tip trying to get all the spots that made it beyond my nail and onto my finger. I worked for awhile like that and then just said fuck it, and took all the nail polish off. I guess it's for the better anyway since I manage an apartment building and I've got someone new moving into my building this weekend. Most of the time parents, especially those of children attending a conservative catholic university, don't really like to see the person that's "in charge" of the building wearing nail polish.

If any of the ladies or guys for that matter out there would like to share some tips on applying nail polish I would appreciate it.
