Following Tax day in April, the IRS should have to send each and every person that paid their taxes an itemized report of exactly where each penny went. I want to know exactly what programs my tax dollars are going to fund. Is that so much to ask? This all runs into my belief that if you don't agree with what the government is using your money for, you shouldn't have to pay.
