Its Halloween this weekend. Now, if I actually had something to do Id be excited about it, but I dont so Im not. Ive always enjoyed Halloween, although I dont really know why because Ive only been trick-or-treating once in my lifetime. And I do believe that was the only time Ive ever dressed up on Halloween. Madison always has a crazy Halloween party, riot police are usually involved, but theres no way Id go all the way to Madison alone. Plus its not like I have any friends around here to do anything with so most likely Ill just be sitting around.
I miss going to parties. Even as shy as I am it was always fun to head out to a party somewhere every Friday or Saturday night. I dont know if it was so much the parties as it was just having something to do Friday and Saturday night. Probably a little of both.
LeedsMet emailed me back and surprisingly it wasnt to tell me that Im a moron. Although it wasnt very helpful either. All they told me was to use the UCAS system to apply. Thanks, I already knew that.
It should be noted that science classes are a waste of time if you arent a science major. An especially wasteful use of my time is astronomy class. Seriously, Im two months away from getting my BA in Psychology, what the hell difference does it make to me how stars are formed? Science classes have only succeeded in bringing my overall gpa down.
I need to speak with someone in the study abroad office about my desire to pursue a second degree in England. Im hoping that the connections Marquette has with some universities there would help me to get into one of them.
-I'd date a woman in her 40's... As long as that woman is Gina Gershon.
-The Red Sox need to stay the hell away from Paul Konerko this offseason. Carlos Beltran anyone?
-I have a first generation ipod, and compared to the new ones it's like carrying around a brick.
-It's a hurricane... I know. High winds and rain. It doesn't take 27 different field reporters to get this across.
-Getting hit by a bus would be way worse than getting hit by a car.
