i'm glad you decided against it you're going to be happier in the long run. if you want to be a chef the best advice i can offer you is to get in under a great chef, and work your ass off, thats what most of the guys who are exec's that i know have done, and it worked for them, it's just a tireless job, and it's thankless too, i dunno, i hope to uers my culinary degree for something else in life, like having a b&b in Maui someday

Saw "The Departed" on saturday night with Saveme. Great movie. Long but, I never found myself checking to see what time it was even once. Very engrossing film. I was very impressed with all the acting performances, Leonardo DiCaprio was especially good.

It was an amazing show and I had such a great time just hanging out in NYC for the weekend.

This whole manual labor stuff is starting to wear on me. I certainly never really imagined myself doing landscaping with a psychology degree but, eh it's a job. I think our country is headed toward over education. Eventually everyone will be so educated that no one will want to do any of the manual labor jobs, thus I believe those jobs will starting offering more...
