The engine runs great and doesn't leak oil when parked, the transmission has no problems at all. The windows work with no problem at all and so does the heater. The lights and blinkers work. The breaks work. The wheels are good. I'm listing the things that -do- work because its a short list.
The side door doesn't close properly, you have to pick it up and make sure the door handle clicks. The driver door opens fine from the outside but you have to roll down the window to open it from the inside. The passenger seatbelt doesn't unlock any more. The stereo works but only out of one speaker and every time you start the engine the radio resets to 87.9. The presets don't work. The air conditioning doesn't work, which is unfortunate because the engine is litterally positioned right next to the driver. This encourages a good ammount of night driving. The windshield wipers work, but not well. They are too short and very slow. The washer doesn't work either. At one point there was a wasp nest in the cab. That fell out on the way to California.
I think....other than that...it's a pretty good van.
It's been strongly suggested to me that I deny any ownership what-so ever of my van. That doesn't sound like fun to me. It sounds like a lot more fun to share all of my van's many, many downfalls with everyone to laugh at. So here is the van I'm moving back to colorado:
obd:
