I really really feel a little down today, so much work to do and almost nothing free time to do nothing...
hell i really need some help I fell so stressed and Its beginning some kind of depression, have you ever felt like this? would you give some advice???
there is thing that make me a little bit happier, but I have so little time to do them like playing guitar, watch some TV or videos but I need to schedule well my life...
hope It only last for today (this feeling)

Stress can get to you, of course. Just find things that make you happy and get in as much time doing those as you can, even if it's only a short time every day.
When I am really stressed, I try to think about things to come and the time when I wont be so stressed. I get happy looking forward to it and the stress lifts a bit.
