So yesterday was my birthday and my friend had a potluck for me and I showed up and some of my friends were there. It was sweet. She made a bunch of food and cake. I got a bunch of presents and my friends bought me food because I am always poor and never have stuff in my apartment. My friend who lives like 5 hours away was in town and she came over for a bit. I feel bad because we only stayed at her house for about an hour and then went to the bar.....She made so much food and not very much food was eaten I feel horrible...but I didn't plan any of it. Oh well...what can you do? So, there was a party at the bar...it was packed for a wednesday night. It was a 69 party for june 9th...(get it?) so- there was a raffle with sex toys and my friends bought me a raffle ticket and as a present my friend who bartends there made me a gift certificate to the bar. It was really cute. They don't generally take gift certificates but it worked. I ended up getting pretty drunk and I am a bit hungover now... BUT...I saw some people I hadn't seen in a while and I had a pretty good time. I really wished polly was here last night though because we all missed her. I woke up with mardi gras beads on this morning...hahaaha....i don't think i did anything for them....but it was funny. ( i will have pictures for you later...k?)
