I am attempting soup. It's a mushroom and wild rice pilaf soup that I added pork sausage to. I hope it turns out ok. I started with a base from a recipe, then kind of started adding what I wanted... I also have homemade biscuits from scratch in the oven. I'm more excited about those...

It's been cold here. Frigid for this area anyway. I celebrated by finally getting a pair of real gloves. My skin doesn't like the weather either. I slathered Dreamwash all over in the shower today and then layered on the Dream Cream. Thank you Lush!

Against my better judgment, I am completely addicted to the show Weeds. Can't. Stop. Watching.
