Hitting the ground running......
Feels like tonight is the first night I am NOT seeing bands. Phew. A break!
Although when I got home from DC a light in my kitchen blew. No biggie, right?
So I replace this bulb, $7 mind you, and....now the other bulb won't work. So I unscrew the original one and the bulb disengages from the metal screw part. Now I can't get it out and neither light works. I hav to cook in the dark. By candle light. I have to call the bldg. maint. guy now. Ok, am I just lame or what? Actually, the bldg. I live in is over 80 years old, so..I think it has some quirks. I guess I don't feel so emasculated. Just...bothered.
Many things to look forward to I am finding out. Ihaven't felt this way in weeks if not months. So, the "oh woah is me," at least today, has subsided. It feels good. It feels nice.
Realizing that I need to get what i want out of life. Realizing I have to act, not sit back and let it pass me by. Realizing I am happier when I am proactive and speak out. In all areas of my life, personal, professional, mental, etc..
Note to self....make this a habit.

I had to call building maintenance to change the light bulb in my ceiling fan. Damn 14' ceilings!
