Feeling a little better if tired. Not a lot of sleep. The brain continues to think, think, think....pound, pound, pound. I did sleep through the night even if it was only 5 hours.

I think that valium might be a good thing....but I am trying to only self medicate with the occasional drink. However nothing is accomplished except blacking out and then you wake up with a hangover and it all seems much worse.

I'll live.....grrrrr
