With best intentions not to break.
Ideas on which to improve our life.
In order to avoid heartache and strife.
Many want to stop smoking.
Without willpower you have to be joking.

Maybe lose some weight by getting rid of some excess fat?
But those first few days at the gym you feel such a twat.
Doctors suggest you cut down on booze.
But many of your drinking buddies you shall lose.

Broken promises cause such stress.
Of which we all could do with less.
I put it to you that you dont start.
Except in matters of the heart.

Many people seek guidance from up above.
When all you really should believe in is love.
It doesnt matter gay, straight or bi.
To yourself you shouldnt lie

Forget what you read in magazines such as heat.
With a pinch of salt advice from them you should treat
Everyone is too fat, too thin.
True beauty comes from within.

Look in the mirror ask yourself what is it you see?
I suggest a beautiful amazing person....ME.
