I finally figured out how to resize pictures and put 20 of my shots from Ireland in my pic folder. I still don't know how to put pictures in the blog, so those of you who thought I was over my Ludite tendencies are mistaken.
The picture of me with the painting was taken in the National Gallery. The guy is the brother of my great x9 grand father and he was a painter. Quite the wig he's wearing.
The pictures of the Castle are from where I stayed for a week in western Ireland. It was nice beyond description.
The rest is just me on my yuppie vaction.
I have a ton more including my IRA tour that I will resize soon.

However, here's how to do it, once they're the right size.
Go into your Pics folder. Click on the pic you want to insert into your journal. It should open in a new window.
Once you've got it open in a new window, right-click on the picture itself.
If you're using Internet Explorer, there should be an option in the menu that opens called Properties. Click on Properties and a new window opens. There is an Address (URL) given...Copy that Address.
Now, in your journal, click on the Insert Image link under the text box. Paste the Address you just copied into the dialog box that opened. Click ok.
Repeat that process for every other pic you want to insert.
If you're not using Internet Explorer, lemme know, and I'll give you revised directions.
