Weekend a total bust. Should have worked on the car but hadn't the motivation. Need to get those tabs renewed because they've been expired since October. I don't want to be one of those people. Luckily our resident quack, Tim Eyman, has gotten all of our car tabs lowered to a flat-rate. It's a good thing for those of you who hate driving on smooth roads and having well educated children.
Got some actual Christmas shopping done. Now I only have three quarters of the family left to shop for.
I broke down and bought David Cross' Let America Laugh on DVD. I've fought successfully against buying stuff for myself but restraint failed me in the zero hour. I laughed profusely and forgot my guilt until now.
On a much more serious note, though, I am forced to make a doctor's appointment for reasons that I wish I could have lived out my entire life without knowing the anxiety of. I've had some success at trying to convince myself that it's most likely nothing, but uncertainty is a persistant nagging whore.
