you know that bit in bridget jones when she says something along the lines of "i need to get a fucking grip of my life", well i empathise with her at this present moment.

first of all, i've put on about a stone since i moved out of my parents house about this time last year. i used to be in really good shape; i played rugby, was a sprinter and did weights. now i think walking home from town after work 3-4 days a week is sufficient exersise to justify the shite i eat.

now onto the alcohol. i really am taking the piss (NPI) when it comes to drinking. first of all in frequency, secondly in volume and thirdly when i wake up in a fucking scrapyard.
i drink too much, too often and this morning i woke up with bleeding hands (from barbed wire) and a splitting headache in a fucking scrapyard. i'm lucky the polish people i was with didn't rape and/or mug me.

also, i haven't seen clare in about 2-3 weeks, i miss her, she's braw. i just hope a) it's ot going to be like my last relationship b)she doesn't get bored or fed up with the whole arrangment.

i also hate my job my inability to exersise even an ounce of self control.

anyway, i'll go and grow a set of balls.
