Still figuring out this new computer I got. I bought a new HP PC for my home office May10th and recieved it May18th 2007. After about 3 days the hard drive crashed!!! 
WHAT!!! So I call HP Support and worked with one of there so called " technical advisors", hahahah yeah right ("technical advisor") .....after 2 hours of sitting on the phone with them, tring to get the computer to work. Well the computer didn't get fixed then. The "advisor" gave me another test to do and told me to call back once it completes. So I did, obviously I didn't get the same person I spoke with the first time. Went throught the whole routine again......this is the Second phone call to HP at this point.....Computer still working or fixed........
So after 2 emails to HP, complaining, and 4 more phone calls and a total of 10 hours(on the phone) and after 4-5 weeks of waiting, they agreed to send me a new PC.....So I have it, it's working good for know.

Yeah if you like big cities then, rock on. I don't blame you......I worked in Detroit / Toledo on and off for two years back in 2004. Wish I knew about SG then......
