I'm just loggin this .. "Moments of Zen" (if you can take away something of benefit from my recent experience, then that would be AWESOME)
i spent this last holiday of Thanksgiving week... in the hospital (just one obstacle among many )

in the area of health... Breakdown of course.... I am overcoming the symptoms of Acute Bronchitis , ....The doctors told me.. because my lungs collapsed in the car accident of Feb. 2005 (this has been such a huge interruption for me, by the way )....
the doctors say i am much more sensitive to get to respiratoy infections like bronchitis, asthma...... but " I ", in the end ,....will Choose... to Heal, and take care of myself!!

I am takin ground, now that i am at home, stable..... and healing.. i tell ya it was so hard to "Let Go" (in the emergency room), and get "What's So" .. when doctors are panickin.. about what i have


So all i can say right now.... is i will continue to take action, APPRECIATE everything , take action, redesigning, slow down, APPRECIATE everything, APPRECIATE everything... take my meds, rest, be in communication (with pple who can create with me), and look for pain free .. thoughts, speaking, and askin for support......giving way too obstacle free , powerful Existence, practicing Choosing to Let go....APPRECIATE everything, Being in the Present to all the Abundance of health, wealth, and Beauty in life.
