AGAIN.

this is the second time in a week. they are doing street cleaning and keep putting up these random temporary no parking signs, except they don't put them everywhere where they're gonna street clean, so i park on unmarked streets thinking it's okay, and there goes my car! WOO.

i am so fucking mad right now. this is adding up to a serious amount of money just to get my own goddamn wrongly-taken property back. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE TO YOU, RICHMOND.
