so girl and i (and robot, our temporary puppy) went to belle isle today with the college gay club. they offered free food. so we went. and then we stole much additional food and beverage. mmm, free sustenance.

we threw our puppy into the river. and by 'threw' i mean 'gently lowered.' to teach him that he could swim. i hiked my skirt up and waded in with him and he swam around me in a little circle.

it makes me nostalgic, for some weird reason. i never had a dog before.
