Hey there everyone! I haven't been on here in forever!
Well, let's cut to the chase and get the ball rolling.
I would like to start off by thanking whoever activated my account for the next three months; this was a very welcomed gift and is greatly appreciated. I'm not sure who did it, but I thank whoever did.
So, now that I'm back due to some very kind-hearted person out there, I thought I would start off with some things that have happened / are currently happening; I will try to make this a regular occurrence since I didn't do it that often before on this site.
Today was actually a pretty darn good day for whoever activated my account to do so. I woke up today feeling pretty depressed; I spent almost an hour thinking about things and was crying on and off. I was thinking about why I'm so quiet around my family. I know I'm a fairly quiet person in general, which I'm sure my friends can confirm, but I'm EXTREMELY quiet around my family. So I started to think about why that is. I realized that a lot if it has to do with my Grandma's passing. When she passed away nothing was the same. There were no holidays. There were no family get-togethers. Alas, pretty much all my family ended up moving to NY after she passed; the only ones currently out here are my brother and my sister (as well as my mom). Then I got to thinking why this bothered me so much.....well, I some-what feel betrayed I guess. How could everyone just up and leave like that? Everyone should have tried to make things work out, but instead, everyone left. I guess now it's up to me to try and resolve the issue within myself and trust my family, which won't be too easy.
Now, enough with the sop story. Over the past three or so months I've started to run on the treadmill. I've been running a mile about four times a week. My mile time started out around 16:30 and I'm now down to around 13:30. I'm pretty excited with my progress.
My GPA has gone up, I'm still in "Academic Probation" standing, but I'm almost out of that.
Well, I look forward to talking to the people I used to talk to on here. Hope everyones doing fine-and-dandy!
