Dear Comcast users in the midwest and south of USA:
If you call to rant about your service, please keep in mind that the person that is answering the phone is MILES away and has nothing to do with how bad the service this company provides.
Remember also that most of us that work on a call center, is because we dont have a choice, and we did not go to school to learn how to fix your issue, we are mearly following questions in our little computers.
Deal with the fact that your call might be answered in Mxico. . . and please, be nice we are nice to you.. . . and. . . we have access to your services
