Took real close note of my body's reactions to smoking again. Back pain returned within 2 days. Insomnia - 3 days. Lethargy - almost immediately.
Something is telling me that maybe, just maybe, smoking isn't too good for me!????
Threw 'em away again on Monday night last and so far so good.
The back pain and insomnia alone are enough to remind me that I DONT FUCKING WANT ONE!!!!!! lol
It's just the whole new life I have to learn. Hunger pangs! Time on my hands! Circulating blood!!!! Talk about outside my comfort zone

Having the cravings won't kill you. Each one is just moving further towards not feeling them at all! So think of each one as a kind of conquest.
Also, change old habits, like if you used to smoke in the morning and read the paper and have a coffee, find a new routine. Have bacon and eggs on toast or something!
Best of luck!
You would be surprised how many people actually think Machu Picchu is a japanese anim character!
