You ever find yourself reading a book, or a comic, or well anything really and just come across something you COMPLETELY get? Something that seems so profound and universally true to you that you'd never actually stopped to think about it before? Happened to me the other day.
I'm reading Stephen King's It and the character of Ben Hanscom was a fat kid when he was in elementary, and he reflected at one point: " . . . fat boys were probably only allowed to love pretty girls inside."
And dude. I get it. I SO get it. And damned if he ain't right. I know JUST what the character is thinking and feeling there. Sometimes I wish I didn't.
Night SG-Land.
Alone.

I got some of Adrian Tomine's stuff, and yeah, there in black and white are some of the places and situations i know. But that's the thing, reading that, as well as some stuff here on SG, and i found out we're not alone in this and that helps me every day. Hope you have a cool weekend.
