so it's another year ending...shit how did i ever survive this long?

i often sit back and look at life and what was and what could have been. this year, for the third year, i was able to discuss it with my wife. feels weird to do as well. hindsight is 20/20 and all but still. it's all those things you didn't see coming that fuck you up the most.
