Maybe I've lost my faith in History, and the only thing I believe in now is the sound of the Atlantic.

Walking not even a few short store fronts of a large Oakland Blvd I came across a combination of discarded items on the sidewalk, all within close proximity, that simply made me laugh out loud. They were as follows:

*One absolutely god-awful gaudy hawaiian shirt.
*One black bra.
*One box (slightly crumpled and looked empty) of Trojan Magnum condoms.

Ahhh Oakland. Where would I be without you?

Today I got paid twice what my normal monthly salary for driving which is good because I spent waaaaaay too much money last month. I might be back to even with that or maybe almost back to even. Oi

Pick up the Pieces came on the radio as I was driving to work today so I cranked it up, slowed down (I'm usually rushing to get to work) and had my new car's first Pick up the Pieces cruise ala Swingers. It was rad and made my day, more so then getting two pay checks even.

Tomorrow night I have a reunion with the Velvet Teen, its been at least 8 or 9 months since I've seen them grace a stage which is far too long. I can't wait to hear the new stuff and see them do their thing again!
