DAY 1
This is monday night day 1 of the trip. Irishwunda leave his house about 8 pm. Stop at McDonalds to eat. On the road by 9. We are doin all good till about 20 miles south of greensburo NC. That is about 1 am so about 4 hours worth of driving and BAM!!!! His car goes spaz on us and makes odd sounds. So we stop at a rest place sleep like 3-4 hours to give the car a rest.
DAY 2
We wake up at about 6 am after the rest and the car is doing fine till we get back on the road and all the sudden it fucking happens again. So we pull into a gas station and ask for directions to the nearest dodge place so he can get his car fixed. This is at 7 in the morning so only 5 hours till WARPED TOUR! They hear the sound and tell us it is the crank shaft..... if u dont know what it is dont bother just cont. to read the fucking story. So we end up staying at a Enterprise rental place till about 1 pm. WARPED HAS STARTED IN VA BEACH!!!!!! frown So we say fuck it we rent a car drive the extra 4 hours to va beach. On the way a few things happened. ONE Joe gets a speeding ticket. TWO we see a semi with a car wedged under the rig. And the top was opened like a fucking can of corn. THREE it was raining like 90% of the time. SO we get to warped at about 6-7 pm. Ground is covered in fucking mud and i am wearing converses. NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!!!!
So we goto the DROPKICK MURPHYS show at 7. WE moshed then got out since the next band sucked ass. We went over to the ShiraGirl Stage(it is a stage for all girl bands or bands fronted by girls). We helped them put all there shit away. You know mics and shit like that. And in return i got a autographed cd from ShiraGirl. We got done at about 10:30 or so. As a second thing we got for helping them is we got to FUCKING PARTY w/ bands on the tour after the show eating burgers drinking and shit like that. WE also met the AWSOME Katie who gave us booze. I dont know who he met but i chuged a beer w/ the lead singer of MxPx chatted w/ Travis Barker and Tim Armstrong from The Transplants and met so many other cool fucking people.
That's it basically. It sucked... then it was made up for...
A guitarist of my band quit... so we are in the process of reforming, more on that later.
