So after spending half my day at an asthma and allergy institute, I found out that I'm allergic to a lot of stuff and I apparently have asthma too. So I'm allergic to:

-Bermuda grass

-Brome grass

-russian thistle weed

-common sagebrush weed

-annual saltbush weed

-English plantiain weed

-Arizona cypress trees

-freemont cottonwood trees

-mesquite trees

-pine trees

-box elder trees

-birds Feathers

-cats...

Getting them groomed will help and keeping them out of the bedroom.

They say ones allergies can change every six months so some of all of that could have been recent developments.  My sis-in-law is allergic to cats yet grew up in a house with them. As you said restricting their movements in the house and meds will help.

Just got outta the shower. My kids are off to dreamland. I have a fun appointment tomorrow to figure out what I'm allergic to. I've been dealing with allergies the last several weeks so I am totally down to figure out what's been causing it. Anyways. Night! 🌙

I'm off from my regular work today. In get to hang out with my toddler today and tomorrow. Fun times❤ . I get my fill of Sesame Street with her. Lol. I still don't understand why the show has been whittled down from the rich variety of puppet characters and subjects they discussed, to being primarily focused on Elmo.
