Great responses so far lads. I just have a few follow up questions that these responses.
Do you distinguish your role as a fan from that of a consumer?
There is a monetary cost for participation in this particular fan community. What are you thoughts on this? Do you see a major benefit or problem generated by Missy and co. requiring a fee?
Could you take me through the process of becoming a SG? Anyone can answer this. Please feel free to use personal experience and reflection.
HOPEFULS: why are you going through this process? how do you interact with the rest of the community during this? what steps have to taken to attempt to secure your place on Suicidegirls?
MODELS:: what was the process like for you? Now that you are a SG what is it like from the other side of the fence? How/Are you involved with these hopefuls journeys? how do you decide who is 'worthy' of SGdom? Are there particular people you try to push through or support or are there even some you try to discourage? why?
FANS: what is your relationship like with hopefuls as opposed to models or other fans? are there particular ones you support? What role do the fans play in the 'audition' process for hopefuls?
In the 'real world' how do y'all sociallize as fans? are there conventions/meet ups/etc... that people go to?
ADDENDUM: describe the relationship between users of the site (on any level) and the moderating staff. Does it tend to be pretty strict? How are they with things that may be "off topic"?
Has there been any problems with trolling and how do they respond to it (if you are a staff member feel free to chime in as well)?
Are there ever or often any really harsh disputes formed on the boards? Do any of the 'higher ups' ever interfere and to what point and purpose?
I Recently read a post on 'creeperness', how much of a problem is 'creeperness' on the site and how do other users deal with it?

Thank you
thanks again
