The countdown is on. Kitchen is done and the bathrooms are started, should only be another week and my new place will be ready. Pretty excited to start a new chapter in my life and have some freedom and piece of mind. Still going to be an adjustment, but for the better.

surprise surprise,......the previous tenents left sausage in the freezer that has now been stewing for a month without being refrigerated. It smells like a dead body in the freezer. and I speak from experience
