oh man, i did something to my back...i don't know what i did, because i haven't been lifting things, but i can barely move without pain in my lower back...and this computer chair isnt helping much...if you want to bring me pain killers or a petite aisian woman to walk on my back do not hesitate to do so.

The object is to pop your lower back. The lower vertebrae get tight and twist up. By doing this, you straighten them out. I've had this for years, and every few years, I have to do this stretch for a week or two, a few times per day.
