Hey man, I'm a dumb ass. I UNINTENTIONALLY deleated all of my friends. I thought that I was cleaning out an extraneous folder and POP! No friends.

You'll probably see this elsewhere, because I went goofy with the file cleaning. I didn't know that the "people" file was associated with the "friends" file. Sorry man.
