Slightly older, hair is dull
Always will be much too tall
Body never quite as lean
As the day I turned eighteen

Skin isn't what it was before
Toenails painted pink against the floor
Head has been through just enough
To appear six times as tough

Slightly older, face quite fat
I'm now allergic to the cat
Twenty-one and what have I gained?
A hairy chin and a varicose vein.
