There are 3 reasons why I have continued to be a member of this web site over the last few months, even though it has become obvious I'm just not as into it as I was. 3 good reasons, don't get me wrong. Reasons that have been reason enough.
1.) There are many people on here I know only on here and I don't want to lose touch with. There are people on here who I have been talking to and reading the journals of since the beginning. I realise that by being absent from here pretty much all the time lately, I've probably already lost touch with a lot of them. But I would hate to do that completely.
2.) I met my fiancee on Suicidegirls.com and that ties me to the site emotionally. Also, we both have a complete archive of journal entries that I know in my case, and suspect in his case, were written pretty much solely to impress one another. I don't want to lose those. They are lame and cute at the same time.
3.) Every so often, a set appears that is truly original and where the photography and/or the girl is beautiful. I don't want to miss those sets, no matter how few and far between.
However.
I had a look at a set just now that I didn't particularly appreciate. I don't need to tell you which one it was. I'm not actually offended by the content but I am shocked and can't understand how or when it became okay to depict rape as a sexual, alluring and attractive prospect.
If this is what's going to be happening now, I'm not entirely sure I will be renewing my membership once it runs out.
Anyway, moving on to a quick update on my progress in the big bad world:
- I'm now living with The Comedian in Leicestershire. It's a big change for me. It's been rocky, I won't lie. But I'm still here and we're doin' okay
- I have so many photos I want to post but first I will have to find the time to actually be able to post-process them.
- I wish I was better at Interior Design.
- I went to a Burlesque party as Wonder Woman. The link is tenuous, but it's there if you do your research
I hope everyone out there who may or may not be reading is okay. I'm sorry I haven't been around. I do genuinely feel bad about it.
