Anxiety
i hate panic attacks..they are my worst enemy...
i feel stupid when i get them in front of people who've never had them
i need to completely ween myself off caffeine..not an easy task,
and exercise more to get those natural endorphines running.
arg.
on the upside i get to interview mindless self indulgance!! i love them so much and have been wanting to see them live for so long..and now i get to meet them too!! gonna be the best day of my life..

Seriously, though... good idea to ditch caffeine and do a little workout each day. I did that for a while and felt better than I had in months after only a few days of sticking to it...
Just stick to it... which I didn't do... 'cause I suck.
Anyhoo, have fun doing that interview.
