Hello strangers!!! Well it seems as of late that chat has been dead which has left me fairly lonely and bored during work! Sighhh!! But things here are good! Ive officially lost 70 lbs i have alot more to go but i am feeling so much better!!! i can see alot of change! Hell city 2013 is gonna be great a whole new me!!
This is a before and after shot that katiebug put together for me! In the first pic is was taken at hell city one week before my surgery! and the 2nd is one month after surgery i could already see huge difference.

pretty big change already and I ve gotten some sun since my 1 month pic I dont look like casper anymore haha! still have a long ways to go but its a deffinate start! i am just now 3 months out from surgery so pretty good id say! Ill do a more updated pic for my 3 month body! anyways more pics to come! hope everyone is well i miss my chat family COME BACKKK!! love you guys-ireland

i'm hoping that next time you see me that i will have lost quite a bit of weight. i'm exercising and walking almost daily, totally gave up fast food and trying to eat healthier. i've lost probably around 25 pounds so far and this is only the beginning for me. i'm shooting to lose 100 pounds in a year!
