i think i'm gonna start posting my daily feature menu's on this site, god damn do i make nice food, thoupgh tonight i kept it simple
i shall also leave out all the french words for all to understand
let me think what i did tonight....i served an Ahi Tuna Pizza, for an app...it was cool, to make a pizza....ummm wasabi mayo was my sauce for it, i kind of ripped it off of this chef out in philly, i also did a prince edward island mussle app, with a green curry pesto sauce, and a roasted garlic bagette. umm what else...filet of beef tenderloin, served over a green bean salad, dressed with a balsamic glaze, and flowering thyme potatos...umm....i did a U-10 scallop...U-10 meaning under 10 per-pound, with a mango/pineapple chutney, and a safron vanalla cream sauce... i did a veal t-bone dish, which i wasn't too happy with, and some other stuff that i can't remember. oh i also did a dish that's pretty big down in key west, i made a conch fritter and served it with a red pepper jelly, conch shells are those big shells that u see people try and blow in to make a sound at the beach. ok time to sleep
