Sundays I now train for a hour doing a mix of kickboxing, weights, body weight exercise, plyo & ab work. It's killer, feeling swear from your scalp drip down to your face is rank but I'm loving the feeling that I'm that step closer to my goal :) YEAHHHHH 💪
Now to shower, change & go play in the sun with lovely people x
