So okay...
The past 52 hours have been a fucking challenge (to say the least!)
Monday was okay, well busy, I mean my feet didn't touch the ground really. I had a full day teaching classes and sitting through mind-numbing meetings, from 8:40am to 3:30pm.
Tuesday was a stressful day for more than one reason... Firstly I had the lesson from hell: a group of year 10's who thought that acting like they were 5 instead of 15 was the order of the day. I was quite proud of myself in the fact that I never raised my voice - not once, not one shout or yell at them.
However I got them to put their work away and with 15 mins to go in the lesson I made them sit in silence at their desks with their hands on their head (no elbows on the table!) Cruel Ain't I? The best bit was that I walked out and got my head of department Tony to give them a bollocking while I covered his class. Afterwards I walked back in and sat there marking work until the bell rang for the end of the day. I kept them back for 5 mins and let them go (in silence) after they put their chairs on the table! Evil me!
Then last night charliehamster was at work and I was putting up a wardrobe. At about 9.30pm 'ish, I thought I heard this cry for help. I opened a window and I heard it again, I called back and she called me for help. I ran down the stairs in my underwear to find her on her all fours crying her eyes out and in alot of pain. She'd fallen down, tried to hold on to a roll pallete to stop/break her fall and pulled it down on her head (glancing blow - not serious) and then impaled herself on a blunt screw.
She was bleeding out from a puncture wound under her knee.
I rang 999, the paramedics arrived 5mins later and got her off the screw, checked her head and told her to get to hospital. I wole up our little girl at 10pm and we were in hospital half an hour later. She's got suture strips on her wound (a 2cm hole) and it's all packed up, she had her wound sterilized, had a tetinus and she's on antibiotics
We got home (and to bed) at 1:30 am, I haven't been to school today (they were okay with it) and I've been (trying) to look after my girls.
I've read my Ciel's journal and I'm concerned to say the least and my dad's been signed off from work with stress.
The only good thing is that my little girl was 1 this year, I got to be mates with Ciel and I joinned SG and met loads of wicked people
Everything else...
!! FUCK YOU 2004 !!
