Another big gig last Sunday - an all-dayer in Manchester that I co-promoted, publicised, and performed in with two bands!
Who said I didn't have a masochistic streak?
Also, I was at the venue for the total of twelve and a half hours and got home at 2am on Monday morning.... to get up for work at 7am. Urgh.
Anyhow, it's only rock and roll, but we like it....
Band for the day: Shadowplay
Great friends of mine and a fantastic band. They even let me play guitar for them!
Book of the week (or this year, in fact): the "His Dark Materials" trilogy by Philip Pullman

Creepy that you joined SG as well...it's definately a small world. You should go see Wrathchild as he's also a fan of Liquid Sky!
BTW, do you guys need a roadie/tech? I'm a trained sound engineer and i'm always looking out for any experience I can get.
